Winemaker Tasting & Pairing Notes:
Medium-bodied, buttery and oaky with aromas of toasted oak,
butterscotch, vanilla, slight lemon, apple, and walnut. Pair with pork loin,
veal, chicken, shrimp, crab, lobster, tropical salsas, risotto, and apple,
pecan or key lime pie.
Winemaking Notes:
Barrel Fermentation in French and American oak twelve to fifteen days,
lees stirred one to two times a day. Then aged in French and American
oak for 6 - 8 months.
