Winemaker Tasting & Pairing Notes:
Light-bodied and delicate with hints of citrus, grapefruit, apricots, apples,
and flowers. Pair with chicken, turkey, seafood, light pasta dishes,
Parmigiano Reggiano, Romano or similar hard cheeses.
Winemaking Notes:
Fermented and aged all in stainless steel to retain and enhance the fruity
characteristics of this varietal. Blended with Chardonnay to increase the
palette.
