Winemaker Tasting & Pairing Notes:
Light-bodied, crisp and herbaceous, aromas of grapefruit and lemon, with
notes of perfume. Pairs well with lighter entrees, sushi, filet of sole,
shellfish in light-white sauces, chicken, Feta cheese and pine nuts.
Winemaking Notes:
Fermented and aged all in stainless steel to retain and enhance the fruity
characteristics of this varietal.
