Estate Vineyard Acreage
The Flat Rock Cellars vineyards are comprised of 80 acres of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Riesling and a small patch of Gewurztraminer. These four varieties were chosen, as they are best suited to growing in the Niagara Peninsula and more specifically the Jordan Bench and terroir of the actual site. By picking these varieties we are able to deliver the best possible wine to our customer year after year as these varieties reflect those that grow best in our cool climate.
