Shinn Estate Vineyards has a working philosophy of low-impact sustainable farming. Innovative soil building techniques and “extreme viticulture” partner to create consistently balanced fruit year after year. The crop is hand harvested at extremely low yields and handled gently in our gravity fed winery producing fruit driven wines with long aging potential.
