Winemaker: Peter Rossback
An engineer turned winemaker, Peter Rossback, a friend of 15 years, produces Trium wines and is also owner of Sineann Winery in the Willamette Valley. Peter has attracted an ardent following. He’s as passionate and meticulous about fruit in the winery as we are when it’s on the vine. He hand sorts all fruit, destems it carefully, and punches it down, again by hand, then gently presses and gravity racks the wine. He ages his wines in new and one-year old French oak. Peter's wines are big but very approachable. You may drink them now or cellar them for future enjoyment.
