Estate Vineyard Acreage
Casa Azul Vineyard on the beautiful Mokelumne River produces our Dijon Chardonnay. The vines are in rich soil deposited by the river, but are kept in check by the shallow grow space of 5 feet before they hit the ground water.

Los Robles Vineyard, located in the Clements Hills sub-appellation, grows most of our red varietals. Craig planted Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah here in 1998, saving the six grand old oaks growing here. The soils are the oldest of the area -- red volcanic clasts with a hard pan at six feet. The weather is hot during the days and cooled at night from the delta breeze. The vineyard name is derived from “the oaks” in Spanish.

Pescador Vineyard was planted in 1937 and named after Grandpa's vineyard manager's family, Martin and Manuela Pescador. These vines are in the Mokelumne River sub-appellation in Hanford sandy loam soils. These 70 year old vines were the family's beginning in the vineyard industry and our beginning in the wine industry with our 1999 ZIN!
